On behalf of our client, we are searching for a motivated candidate to take the challenge and to successfully fulfill the position of Controlling Specialist. 

Responsibilities:
  • Participate in controlling, planning, and analysis tasks, as well as other financial activities
  • Monitor and apply all legal changes in finance, accounting, and bookkeeping
  • Assist in developing the business plan (annual budget and quarterly/monthly forecasts) and track its realization
  • Actively participate in month-end closing tasks
  • Prepare required reports for month-end closing
  • Analyze variances between the latest plan and actual results, identifying reasons for discrepancies
  • Monitor material and finished product inventory movements
  • Prepare post-month-end closing reports as required by the group or local management
  • Analyze specific business decisions in collaboration with the sector head, finance director, and plant manager
  • Implement and adhere to the work plan in the finance department
  • Perform all other business analyses as requested by the sector head, finance director, or general plant manager
  • Collaborate and communicate with auditing firms, banks, or other financial institutions
  • Ensure accuracy, legality, and quality of work
  • Timely notify the sector head of any potential absence from work
  • Submit a written monthly report to the sector head on assigned tasks
  • Work in SAP and Business Warehouse, creating reports for monthly closing and business plan (annual budget and quarterly/monthly forecasts)
  • Prepare and analyze CAPEX (investments) and leasing calculations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, or related field
  • Active knowledge of English
  • Proficiency in computer use
  • Experience with SAP
  • Organizational skills
  • Willingness to initiate and implement changes
  • Result-oriented
