On behalf of our client, we are searching for a motivated candidate to take the challenge and to successfully fulfill the position of Controlling Specialist. Responsibilities:- Participate in controlling, planning, and analysis tasks, as well as other financial activities
- Monitor and apply all legal changes in finance, accounting, and bookkeeping
- Assist in developing the business plan (annual budget and quarterly/monthly forecasts) and track its realization
- Actively participate in month-end closing tasks
- Prepare required reports for month-end closing
- Analyze variances between the latest plan and actual results, identifying reasons for discrepancies
- Monitor material and finished product inventory movements
- Prepare post-month-end closing reports as required by the group or local management
- Analyze specific business decisions in collaboration with the sector head, finance director, and plant manager
- Implement and adhere to the work plan in the finance department
- Perform all other business analyses as requested by the sector head, finance director, or general plant manager
- Collaborate and communicate with auditing firms, banks, or other financial institutions
- Ensure accuracy, legality, and quality of work
- Timely notify the sector head of any potential absence from work
- Submit a written monthly report to the sector head on assigned tasks
- Work in SAP and Business Warehouse, creating reports for monthly closing and business plan (annual budget and quarterly/monthly forecasts)
- Prepare and analyze CAPEX (investments) and leasing calculations
Requirements:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, or related field
- Active knowledge of English
- Proficiency in computer use
- Experience with SAP
- Organizational skills
- Willingness to initiate and implement changes
- Result-oriented
