During the panel discussion on ""Practical Examples, Opportunities, and Potentials of the SME Sector and the Competitiveness of Local Employers,"" the following speakers shared their rich experiences:
Marija Pantelić provided insights into the tools for local companies to become competitive employers for global companies, the readiness of the HR sector within the SME sector for development towards the P&C component, and what sustainable business actually represents.
Vladan Buha revealed how global companies can support the development of local SME companies, reasons for potentially less turnover that would experientially benefit the SME sector, as well as sources of funding for new investments.
Nikolina Janković, Regional Assessment and Project Manager at Assert International, presented a case study of HR 360° with the idea that HR solutions should focus on optimizing every stage of an employee's lifecycle. Successful transformation of a company's organizational culture leads to increased profits, growth in the number of large projects and employees.
