"Beograd Open School organized the eighth edition of the Move.Link.Engage. conference, bringing together representatives from the civil, public, and business sectors on the first day of the event. The common topics of interest for all sectors, which were in focus, included environmental protection, enhancing youth employability, social responsibility, and conscientious corporate governance.
This year's conference, through panel discussions and the presentation of BOS's research on intersectoral cooperation, demonstrated that the synergistic action of all segments of society contributes to mapping challenges and providing guidance towards solutions.
As part of the panel ""Initiatives for a Sustainable Future - the Power of Civil and Business Sector Partnerships,"" Aleksandar Plavšin, Director of Marketing and Communications at Manpower Serbia, presented the results of the Business Inclusion project. Aleksandar emphasized that the main achievement of the project lies in the employment of 19 candidates, while 88 PWDs completed the program and received a report on their qualifications and strengths, as well as weaknesses."
