Yet, we aspire to do something even more significant, which is to practically empower good business practices. Hence, we've initiated the ""Human Driven Reshape"" project aimed at promoting exemplary business practices that prioritize caring for people.
Program Objective:
The primary goal of the project is, with the support of an expert jury, to select the best HR business practice/transformation that brings value to employees, the company, and society.
Business practice entails a sustainable program (implementation for a minimum of 2 years) by a company that brings value to employees, the company, and society.
In addition to the primary goal of promoting good and ""human-centric"" business practices, the motivation for implementing this program is also to enhance the business environment by motivating other legal entities to undertake similar actions.
Low levels of talent unemployment and brain drain are additional motivators for domestic and global companies to increasingly consider the needs of human capital when defining strategies.
