The best HR practice has been selected! The Human Driven Reshape award went to OTP Bank

"We launched the #HumanDrivenReshape project in March with the aim of selecting the most innovative HR practice that reflects values for employees, society, and the company, and is sustainable.

In the competition finals, the most promising HR practices, according to the expert jury, included programs such as:

  • Bosis Family, Bosis
  • BFF program, OTP bank
  • Dual education program in high schools, Bosch
  • Young Leaders, Delta Holding
  • BIB Business Calendar for Embracing Diversity, Banca Intesa
  • The selection process for the best HR practice was also supported by the LinkedIn community through their votes.

Representing ManpowerGroup, Aleksandar Plavšin, Head of Marketing & Communications, greeted the attendees: ""In the world of professionals, both essence and form are important. When we talk about essence, what is common to all of us is that through this project, our efforts, and concrete actions, we are raising the quality of the local labor market. This is the responsibility of every conscious individual, as well as every legal entity operating with purpose.""

Iva Terzić, HR Business Partner, accepted the award on behalf of OTP Bank:

""We are pleased that the value of our BFF program has been recognized, thanks to which we have developed a culture of dialogue and collaboration. Additionally, this program has contributed to a better understanding of the needs of employees after the integration of two large systems with different corporate cultures. This recognition further motivates us to continue innovating, and we are particularly pleased that our project has been recognized by both the HR and the wider business community. We thank everyone who voted for us.""

The BFF program of OTP Bank Serbia was designed to strengthen communication and collaboration within the organization, increase understanding, build trust resulting in process efficiency and customer focus. After a demanding integration process, bringing together different cultures and improving processes, i.e., the need for stabilization and the move towards innovation and transformation, is what brings value to the company. The BFF program has encouraged the innovation process and contributed to a different way of thinking and creating proposals for various socially responsible initiatives. The value for society is also reflected in better service to customers, better experiences for employees and bank clients. A carefully designed and successfully implemented undertaking, BFF develops a culture of dialogue and collaboration, contributes to a better understanding of needs, and focuses on solutions. In this way, excellent results are achieved in a better atmosphere and through a better employee experience.

Throughout the evening and informal networking, we exchanged experiences, shared good practices and ideas, and motivated ourselves for constant innovation and improvement in the field of HR.
