Job description
 

• Raporting directly to the Managing Director (MD) of Serbia, with a dotted reporting line to the service partners (the national NCAB companies being served). These service partners, as well as their customers, are to be treated and maintained as if they were internal clients
• Overseeing the compliance with rules at the Niš site
• Serving as the primary point of contact for vacation, sick leave, and other local HR matters
• Creating and updating a „Flex Matrix“ for employees about their respective roles
• Suggesting training and development measures for employees
• Recruitment of additional employees based on the needs of service partners
• Creating performance reports for individual employees concerning their roles
• Gathering feedback from the company’s service partners
• Providing regular performance reviews based on reports and feedback
• Optimizing processes and improving efficiency

Position Requirements
 

• Bachelor’s degree in economy, business, engineering, or a related field
• Proven working experience in team leadership roles
• Experience with SAP or other ERP system
• Fluency in English language (German language knowledge is a huge plus)
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
