We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Sr. Revenue Operations Business Analyst. You will play a critical role in supporting our organization's data needs, focusing on report creation, ad-hoc reporting, dashboard development, and data management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce, experience with data analysis, and proficiency in Excel (Vlookup) for data handling and reporting.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Design, create, and maintain Salesforce reports to meet business requirements.
- Develop custom reports to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and ensure that reports are accurate, relevant, and actionable.
- Quickly respond to requests for ad-hoc reports by developing tailored solutions using Salesforce reporting tools.
- Create and maintain Salesforce dashboards that provide visual insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) and other critical business metrics.
- Design intuitive and user-friendly dashboards that align with business goals and objectives.
- Continuously improve dashboards based on user feedback and evolving business requirements.
- Use Excel and other tools to perform data lookups, data cleansing, and data preparation for Salesforce data loads.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements.
- Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system interactions.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and use cases.
- Lead meetings and workshops to discuss requirements, project progress, and address concerns.
- Develop UAT plans, including test scenarios and test cases, based on business requirements.
- Coordinate and lead UAT efforts, ensuring that end-users are adequately trained and prepared.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Required: Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM reporting tools, dashboard creation, and data management.
- Required: Proficiency in Excel, including experience with VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data analysis functions.
- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Data Architect, Salesforce Certified Administrator) are a plus.
- Knowledge of CRM processes and sales/marketing operations.
- Familiarity with data integration tools such as Salesforce Data Loader or third-party ETL tools.
- Must be able to support US business hours
