Senior Civil Engineer – Industrial Construction

For this purpose, Manpower Serbia is actively seeking a driven Senior Civil Engineer - Industrial Construction to play a key role in bringing this vision to life. 



Job description

Overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of the industrial construction project
Acting as the primary point of contact between our company and the construction firm
Ensuring that construction activities comply with design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines
Reviewing and approving engineering and architectural plans and drawings
Identifying and addressing any issues or delays in the construction process
Monitoring project budgets and ensuring cost effectiveness
Preparing regular reports on project progress, quality, costs, and timelines
Ensuring all construction activities comply with relevant local, state, and federal regulations
Collaborating with internal teams and external contractors to ensure seamless project execution

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction engineering or project management, preferably with experience in large scale industrial projects
Proficiency in construction management software and CAD tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
Proven experience in managing construction projects from conception to completion
Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and legal regulations
Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including engineers, architects, and contractors
