Job description
•Optimization of product portfolio aligning with company strategy and objective
•Ensuring proper implementation of most updated business conditions in SAP
•Communication with sales team for competitive information collection
•Performing precise analysis and reports for public data submittal
•Monitoring KPIs and ensuring team performance aligns with company goals
•Leading and managing the team, including task delegation and performance supervision
•Supporting business development of sales team and providing problem resolution
Requirements
•Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
•Developed analytical skills for product portfolio and sales data analysis
•Knowledge of CRM systems and the ability to work with data to optimize business processes
•Proven experience in people management, with strong leadership and delegation skills
•Ability to work in a dynamic environment and collaborate with various teams
•Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues efficiently
•Ability to create accurate and timely reports as needed
•Experience in managing key clients and ensuring customer satisfaction
•English language- advanced level
•Well-developed communication skills
