- Utilizes advanced knowledge of brand patient characteristics, ensuring precise alignment with the on-label use of Company products.
- Maintains a comprehensive understanding of disease states, Standard of Care guidelines, intricate treatment protocols, and the full spectrum of diagnostic tests and services pertinent to the effective utilization of approved indications of Company products.
- Displays an in-depth understanding of current treatment guidelines, formulary status, and intricate account/healthcare economy protocols shaping standards of care for optimal patient outcomes.
- Proficiently navigates the organizational dynamics and operational intricacies of diverse categories of healthcare professionals, including their evolving priorities, patient flows, and product preferences.
- Efficiently leverages the employer’s processes and available resources to drive impactful outcomes.
- Embraces and embodies Company principles and values, anchoring interactions within the Team Company Framework.
- Masterfully utilizes the Company's extensive network of resources, including current brand programs, multichannel services, Company On Demand, and patient support programs.
- Exemplifies mastery in utilizing approved digital tools, deploying them judiciously to enhance engagement with healthcare professionals and bolster internal data and information management efforts.
Job requirements:- University Degree (MD, Pharmacist, Dentist or other life sciences)
- Experience in the field of Immunology is not mandatory but will be considered an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Medical/ Sales Representative
- Competency to understand the complexity of markets, products, relationships and the medical and pharmaceutical industry
- Intermediate written and conversational English skills
- Very good public speaking skills and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and flexibility in varying environments and with multiple customer groups and communication channel
