It operates worldwide, in more than 100 countries and regions.On behalf of our client, company Toyo Tire, we are searching for a motivated candidate to take the challenge and to successfully fulfill the position of Financial Controller.
Job description:
- Responsible for ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with laws, rules and regulation
- Take responsibility for the preparation and review of the company’s financial statements
- Oversee month-end/year-end closing and coordinating duties of accounting staff accordingly
- Prepare and maintain cash flow forecasts and projections to effectively manage cash balances
- Lead preparation of the annual budget and periodic forecasts
- Be responsible for daily monitoring of budget and actuals
- Coordinate preparation of audits and tax returns
- Evaluate team’s performance and take actions to ensure meeting overall goals and objectives
- Communicate with management about budgeting and reviewing strategies to meet overall goals
- Maintain good corporate relations with customers, vendors, banking institutions, auditors and other partners
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Several years of practical work experience in lidership role within finance/accounting or controlling
- In-depth knowledge of controlling and international financial reporting standards
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with SAP
- Good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken
