SF1 CLIPS DK is an exclusive distributor and importer for Victoria's Secret for Serbia, Slovenia and Slovakia. We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator for Victoria’s Secret brand to join our team.Key Responsibilities:- Plan and control of execution of all paid online campaigns for countries in the region on different platforms (Social Media, Google, Programmatic...)
- Defining a digital strategy based on the annual marketing plan
- Defining digital budgets, monitoring spending, controlling invoices
- Defining results estimation (KPIs) based on investments for different phases of paid advertising (awareness, performance)
- Approval of optimal media plans for each market to achieve goals
- Coordination of activities related to the process of communication translation and adaptation of advertising material for different markets
- Monitoring the implementation of online campaigns, analysis of results, defining steps to improve and optimize campaigns
- Conducting regular A / B testing to localize the strategic approach and achieve high efficiency in the segment of paid digital advertising
- Cooperation with the Ecommerce team to make suggestions for improving the performance of online stores (UX, SEO)
- Cooperation with digital / performance agency as well as SEO agency
- Intensive communication with internal teams (marketing, sales, analytics ...), and external partners (Google, Facebook consultants, digital agency, and design partners)
- Creating reports for various business associates and presenting the results
- Monitoring industry trends, and monitoring competition activities
Professional Qualifications:- University level degree in the field of marketing, media, communication, or any related fields or similar experience
- Necessary at least 3+ years of experience in digital marketing in a company or media agency
- Excellent knowledge of Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager advertising platforms
- Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics platform for tracking results
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook Pixel and Google tracking codes
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
Advantages:- Knowledge of Google Tag Manager tool and ability to implement tracking codes
- Knowledge about CRM processes and experience in marketing automation
- Experience of at least 2 years in the retail industry with a strong focus on the eCommerce sales channel
- Possession of Google (Fundamentals, Analytics, Search and Display) and Facebook Blueprint certificates
