Job Description:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, outside sales, and technical sales teams.
• Be responsible for one major customer and cooperate with 3-4 NCAB countries where production will be done.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with a proactive, solution-driven approach.
• Manage accounts throughout the entire sales cycle—from order placement to fulfillment.
• Provide exceptional communication and negotiation skills to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Collaborate in a value-driven, team-oriented environment with short decision-making channels.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in account management or inside sales with a track record of customer success.
• Experience in the Printed Circuit Board (PCB) industry is required.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage long sales/order cycles.
• Experience with order entry/enterprise systems is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is required.
• Exceptional communication skills—comfortable picking up the phone and engaging directly with customers.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
