•Communication with the company global offices regarding delivery organization
•Communication/correspondence with customers
•Sending specifications, analyses, and other documents to customers
•Processing complaints
•Connecting customer inquiries with various internal representatives
•Responsibility for managing the order-to-cash process
•Updating customer information
Requirements •High level of English language proficiency
•Very good communication skills
•Problem-solving skills
•Previous experience in customer service is an advantage
•Knowledge of SAP software is an advantage
•Ability to work in a dynamic environment and collaborate with various teams
