On behalf of our client, an international company specializing in the distribution of plastic raw materials and chemicals, we are looking for motivated candidate to successfully fulfill the position of Customer Service Coordinator.Job descripiton:
BACK-OFFICE SUPPORT
- Order Processing: Handle the entry and management of FP/PO orders.
- Credit Insurance Management (Applications and Follow-up)
- Interface with the legal/quality department to collect technical documents
- Import tracking and inventory control (ensuring that the material is available at the time of entry, reporting material shortage information, link with sales representatives on product availability).
- Documentation (data sheets or other regulatory forms)
- Follow-up of customer payments and send commercial offers on a very punctual basis
- Interface for material sample management
- Creation of SAP customer/prospect master records
- In case of absence of salespeople, and very punctually, send price quotes
SUPPORT SERVICE CLIENT
- B2B Orders
- End-to-end management of customer orders (registration, review of deadlines, B/L, document package, ...)
- Informing its customer of the status and progress of its orders
- Invoicing / issuance of DN by ensuring the accuracy of the information, particularly at the fiscal, customs and regulatory level
- Tracking customer payments
- Analysis and treatment of malfunctions and disputes with internal and external interlocutors
- Escalation of dysfunctions that cannot be managed at its level or that may impact other suppliers / customers outside its scope
Job requirements:
- Previous experience on similar position
- Professional English proficiency is mandatory, Romanian, Slovenian or Czech is a plus
- Knowledge of SAP would be considered as advantage
