Account Team Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full accountability for the team’s performance in meeting company goals and KPIs.
- Leading the account management team by ensuring smooth workflow, creating schedules, and maintaining overall organization.
- Monitoring adherence to work schedules, managing attendance, tardiness, and vacation requests.
- Assisting with challenging client cases that require senior-level expertise and a professional perspective.
- Providing creative solutions to unexpected challenges and operational disruptions.
- Motivating the team, listening to concerns, and addressing issues effectively.
- Regularly preparing and presenting performance reports to senior management to ensure continuous monitoring and alignment with company goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Success (CS) or Account Management roles – mandatory
- OR
- Previous experience in a leadership position, preferably as a team lead within a tech or SaaS environment – mandatory.
- High-level business English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) – mandatory.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Office tools and basic knowledge of branding concepts like SEO.
- Experience in the restaurant industry (shift management/hosting) – a significant advantage.
- Mature, professional, and solution-driven, with a passion for tackling challenges.
- Systematic thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Willingness to work extended hours and availability for evening and occasional weekend shifts.
- Flexibility for off-site work, including client meetings and team support.
- Basic familiarity with sales processes.
- Valid driver’s license – advantageous.
