Accountant

On behalf of our client, Manpower Serbia is searching for a motivated candidate to take the challenge and successfully fulfill the position of Accountant.

Job description:
• Participates in accounting activities in accordance with accounting principles and standards
• Responsible for gathering, compiling, verifying, and analyzing financial information and preparing financial and accounting reports
• Prepares information for specific or immediate problems or needs and leads discussions with external/internal stakeholders
• Participates in the process of financial and tax reporting
• Conducts account reconciliations, journal entries, and maintenance of complete and accurate general ledgers in accordance
with accounting principles and reporting plans
• Responsibility for providing technical accounting advice within his area of expertise to functional or operational area managers
• Participates in process improvements and functional KPIs
• Communication and coordination with suppliers and customers
• Prepares reports for statistical purposes
• Leads discussions on standard issues with external/internal stakeholders, and performs other duties and work assignments as
requested by superiors

Desired Candidate Profile
• University/College degree in Accounting or Finance/Economics
• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting
• Good English knowledge
• Excellent analytical skills
• Knowledge of accounting regulations
• SAP system knowledgeis adventage
• Advanced computer skills (Excel/PowerPoint)
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
