On behalf of our client, an international manufacturing company and market leader equipped with state-of-the-art technology and dedicated to continuous development, improvement of its capacities, and facilities, Manpower Serbia is seeking a motivated candidate to take on the challenge and successfully fulfill the role of Engineer in Maintenance (Electrical or Mechanical Engineering).MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for maintaining and optimizing the operation of machines, equipment, and facilities with infrastructure
- Planning and monitoring the execution of preventive maintenance as well as general overhauls within the work unit
- Defining needs and ordering spare parts for new and existing equipment and machines, as well as the necessary tools for maintenance tasks
- Daily monitoring of operations and active participation in troubleshooting machine, equipment, and infrastructure breakdowns
- Developing maintenance instructions, training, and onboarding new employees in technical processes
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Minimum level VI education degree, with a focus on electrical or mechanical engineering
- At least 3 years of work experience in machine maintenance within production facilities
- Valid category B driver’s license
- Proficiency in English (B2 level)
- Computer literacy (MS Office package)
- Candidates with experience in AutoCAD will have an advantage
