Marketing Officer

• Performing daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of marketing department activities;
• Collaborating with agencies providing marketing services, suppliers of promotional materials, and other business partners;
• Implementing corporate social responsibility activities;
• Supporting marketing managers in organizing various projects;
• Conducting market and competitor research;
• Utilizing marketing analytics techniques to collect important data (social media, web analytics, rankings, etc.);
• Preparing tables and databases with statistical, financial, and non-financial information
• Assisting in organizing promotional events;
• Preparing presentation materials;
• Distributing and controlling promotional materials;
• Monitoring, analysing, controlling, and reporting on the marketing budget status;
• Handling all regular and extraordinary tasks within the Department’s scope, as directed by immediate supervisors and according to company needs;
• Publishing online content on the company's website and social media;
• Managing company’s social media accounts, creating and implementing new ideas to increase digital presence.

• A university degree in marketing, business, management, or economics is preferred;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• High proficiency in the English language;
• Excellent organizational skills with a strong customer orientation;
• Attention to detail, multitasking ability, and priority management skills;
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, ability to generate reports, understand and report on digital site metrics;
