Job description:- Define, manage, and coordinate first-level customer support operations.
- Ensure customer requests are resolved promptly and in accordance with company standards and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Oversee the implementation of customer service procedures for all support tasks.
- Manage the team’s daily activities and ensure efficient, smooth operations.
- Lead, support, and guide the team in achieving defined goals and objectives.
- Focus on developing team members to improve their skills and competencies continuously.
- Ensure accurate customer data management and optimize the entire order-to-cash process.
Requirements:- Experience in customer service and proven experience in people management, with strong leadership and delegation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and collaborate with various teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues efficiently
- Ability to create accurate and timely reports as needed
- English language- advanced level
- Well-developed communication skills
