Job description
 
Order receipt, order creation, shipping documents and commercial invoice creation
Communication with the company global offices regarding delivery organization
Communication/correspondence with customers
Sending specifications, analyses, and other documents to customers
Processing complaints
Connecting customer inquiries with various internal representatives
Responsibility for managing the order-to-cash process
Updating customer information
 
Requirements
 
High level of English language proficiency
Very good communication skills
Problem-solving skills
Previous experience in customer service is an advantage
Knowledge of SAP software is an advantage
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and collaborate with various teams
