Service Dispatch and Technical Support

On behalf of our client, a leading supplier of high-efficiency turnkey refrigeration systems for food retail stores of all formats and industrial sites, Carrier, ManpowerGroup Serbia is searching for a motivated candidate to take the challenge and to successfully fulfil the position of: Service Dispatch and Technical Support

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

- Receive service requests from customers via phone or email. Assess the nature of the request, prioritize tasks in coordination with Service Supervisors, and dispatch appropriate technicians to the designated location.
- Daily communication and coordination with the Investor, service technicians, subcontractors and the monitoring center.
- Accurately record service requests, job details, and customer interactions in the database. Maintain comprehensive records for future reference and reporting purposes.
- Analysis of service works, making a service schedule, follow-up the implementation and preparing reports for management.
- Preparation of service offers.
- Keeping track of materials in the central warehouse and service vehicles.
- Procurement of service tools, material and EHS equipment, organizing transport from local and foreign suppliers.
- Follow-up the claims and opening of claim requests (WeWITS).
- Support in all segments of service administration

CANDIDATE PROFILE
- High School Diploma
- Strong IT skills (MS Office programs, especially Excel)
- English language knowledge (written and spoken)
- Technical background is advantage
- Experience in Customer Service, Logistics, Supply Chain
- Strong Communication skills, being able to work in a team, adaptability
- Results driven and proactive, confident personality, willingness to learn
