On behalf of our client, the largest technology provider in the leasing industry, Manpower Serbia is looking for a motivated candidate to fulfill the position:
HR Business Partner.Job description:- Partner with People Success Leadership and team to scale consistently culture, Talent and Learning practices.
- Partner with senior leadership to understand business objectives and recommend initiatives and strategies to HR leadership.
- Work closely with business and HR leadership to support and guide on a wide range of HR matters including organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management.
- Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, handling employee relations issues professionally and sensitively.
- Conduct investigations and resolve workplace conflicts in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Work towards building and scaling strong Odessa culture in the site driving exceptional employee experience through various employee engagement activities.
- HR Operations and Compliance:
- Ensure HR policies and practices are compliant with legal requirements and align with company values.
- Manage and administer HR programs including performance management, compensation, and benefits.
- Change Management and Organizational Development:
- Lead change management initiatives to support organizational growth and efficiency.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement through proactive communication and HR interventions.
Job Requirements:- Bachelorʼs degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field. Masterʼs degree
- preferred.
- 6+ yrs as an HR Business Partner or similar role, with a comprehensive understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and translate business strategy into HR action plans.
- Solid knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Experience with HRIS and other HR-related software /preferred.
