- Demonstrated experience in road transport operations.
- Familiarity with the EU market, as well as non-EU markets such as Turkey and Switzerland.
- Proficiency in all types of road transport, including FTL, PTL, LTL, and express shipments.
- A proactive and result-oriented mindset, driven by a passion for excellence.
- Experience in conducting global transport tenders to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Ability to thrive and make informed decisions in high-pressure environments.
- Proven experience in leading and managing transport teams to achieve collective goals.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the freight forwarding business
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in a similar role within the freight forwarding industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
