Technical Engineer

On behalf of our client, a market leader in PCB industry, Manpower Serbia is searching for a motivated candidate to take the challenge and successfully fulfill the position of Technical Engineer.

Job description

• Maintain and manage technical data to support efficient and accurate PCB production.
• Collaborate with production teams and customer design engineers to resolve Engineering Queries (EQs).
• Field and respond to technical inquiries from internal teams, customers, and manufacturing partners.
• Evaluate and optimize PCB designs for manufacturability, ensuring compliance with production capabilities and quality standards.
• Support sustainable manufacturing practices, aligning with company’s commitment to environmental and social responsibility.
• Work cross-functionally with sales, procurement, and global production partners to drive technical solutions that meet customer expectations.

Position Requirements

• Technical background with familiarity in PCB manufacturing, production, or design.
• Strong understanding of PCB materials, stack-ups, and impedance control is a plus.
• Ability to analyze technical data, drawings, and production documentation.
• Experience in DFM (Design for Manufacturability) and working with PCB fabricators is beneficial.
• Effective problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, capable of translating technical information between internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a customer-focused environment.
