• Management of all day-to-day and strategic operations at air service Tivat: Receipt, storage, handling and delivery of fuel under the applicable internal, national and international legislation and standards,
• Ensuring all HSSE measures are adequate and in place,
• Workforce organisation and scheduling in accordance with required working time and traffic volume at the airport and periodic trainings, certifications and other examinations
• Preventive and corrective maintenance of vehicles, assets and equipment,
• Maintenance of JIG/IATA standard system quality for entire operation of air service,
• Statistical following of fuel sales, volumes and losses, and investigation when necessary,
• Strategical research and proposal of measures for resolution or improvement of current processes and safety issues,
• Any other regular or one-time tasks related to operation of air service.

• University degree, preferably technical background,
• Advanced computer literacy, primarily MS Office,
• Advanced English language, both written and spoken,
• Driving license B category or higher,
• Good organizational skills and self discipline, being able to execute the tasks and meet the deadlines,
• Ability to work in the open, hazardous area with strict safety rules, under the influence of fuel evaporations, high or low temperatures, wind, rain, high noise levels, etc.,
• Ability to work or to be accessible outside of regular working hours,
• Ability to communicate and balance requests from different customers under the pressure, with short and strict deadlines.
