We're looking for a passionate and driven Social Media Expert to join our team, focusing on managing and growing Victoria's Secret's presence across all social media platforms for multiple countries. This position executes and maintains all social media accounts and develops localized social media content strategies while maintaining brand voice ^ consistency across platforms. Additionally, support the execution of local PR and influencer initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all Victoria's Secret's social media accounts for Serbia, Slovenia, Slovakia
- Post content, engage with followers, and address customer questions promptly
- Translate and adapt copy to maintain Victoria's Secret's distinctive brand voice across all platforms
- Develop and execute localized social media strategies and campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with Victoria's Secret's global guidelines
- Manage paid social campaigns in-house or in collaboration with digital agencies/teams, ensuring optimal performance
- Establish KPIs to measure social media performance and regularly communicate results
- Oversee Instagram Shopping functionality and propose creative engagement strategies like giveaways and sweepstakes to drive growth and engagement
- Attend events and store openings to capture and share content that resonates with the Victoria's Secret audience
- Follow and maintain Victoria's Secret's social strategy for each platform, launching new platforms as needed with VSG approval
- Brief and oversee the execution of influencer content, ensuring it aligns with the brand's vision and objectives
- Support the execution of local PR and influencer initiatives to amplify brand awareness and reach
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, ideally in fashion, retail industry
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to embody Victoria's Secret's brand voice
- Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and familiarity with Instagram Shopping and paid campaigns
- Acreative thinker with a passion for fashion, beauty, and storytelling
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus
