Senior Finance Analyst

On behalf of our client, SF1 Group, Manpower Serbia is searching for a motivated candidate to take the challenge and to successfully fulfill the position Senior Finance Analyst.

Job description:

• Preparation of management reports (supporting and coordinating the process) in order to provide the management with valuable information for decision making;
• Prepare and present clear and concise reports to senior management, highlighting key financial metrics and insights;
• Monitoring proper booking, in accordance with accounting standards and analyzing profitability by identified reporting segments;
• Cash flow management;
• Managing Business plan preparation (budgeting and forecasting);
• Analyze and interpret financial data, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement;
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data and insights for accurate forecasting and analysis;
• Utilize key financial metrics to perform in-depth analysis of forecasted performance and proactively recommend adjustments as needed;
• Assist in the preparation of executive-level presentations for management meetings, investor communications, and other high-level discussions;

Position Requirements:

• University degree in Finance area;
• Working experience in controlling department or Big 4 is considered as an advantage;
• Good command of both written and spoken English;
• Advanced PC skills (PPT, Excel, Word, Power Pivot as a plus).
