Sales Representative.
Job description:
- Look After Customers: Keep in touch with your customers regularly and make sure they’re happy and engaged.
- Find New Clients: Keep an eye out for new business chances and welcome new clients to the company.
- Understand Client Needs: Have chats with clients to figure out what they need and suggest the best solutions.
- Give Advice to Clients: Help clients choose the right path by giving them the advice they need.
- Work Well with Others: Join forces with different parts of the company to get things done smoothly and turn client needs into results.
- Check on Deliveries: Make sure solutions are delivered on time and clients are pleased, and let us know how things are going.
- Help Set Prices: Share your thoughts on how much our products and services should cost.
- Be Part of Events: Get involved in events to show off our company and make us stand out.
Position Requirements:
- College degree will be considered a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in selling IT products and services.
- Understanding of ICT Market: a general grasp of the ICT market will be valuable.
- Business Process Insight: Familiarity with business and logistics processes will give you an edge.
- Systems Knowledge: If you’ve worked with ERP or IS systems, especially in FMCG, logistics, or automotive sectors, that’s a plus.
- Digital Skills: An understanding of digitalization systems or EDI standards will be advantageous.
- Language Skills: You have good command of English, both spoken and written. German skills are a bonus.
