Sales Manager

On behalf of our client, Manpower Serbia is searching for a motivated candidate to take the challenge and successfully fulfill the position of Sales Manager for Performance Products division

Job description

• Regular customers visits in the Adriatic area (exYU+Albania), developing new business and establishing new customers;
• Achieving agreed sales targets;
• Quoting and negotiating with customers and suppliers;
• Tracking projects;  
• Liaising and influencing other departments within the company to ensure the customer receives a high quality customer service level;
• Keeping the principals updated on projects;
• Sending written reports to superiors from visits to customers and principals;
• Regular reporting to authorized persons of the company;
• Identifying market trends and sharing ideas on how to grow the business;
• Attending exhibitions and industry events.

Position Requirements

• Education: MSc in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions, production or sales in plastics, polyurethanes, elastomers or chemicals for rubber compounding.
• Driving license: B category
• Fluency in English, written and spoken
