On behalf of our client, a company specializing in the design, manufacturing, and servicing of material handling solutions, Lean systems, and automated guided vehicles (AGVs), we are seeking a motivated candidate for the position of Sales Engineer.
Job Description:
- Provide sales and technical support to existing clients and potential customers, including preparing offers and specifications.
- Actively work on strengthening relationships with existing clients, acquiring new clients, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Conduct daily sales visits and meetings with partners in the Belgrade and Vojvodina regions.
- Develop technical solutions and oversee the implementation of projects.
- Achieve sales targets and goals, both quarterly and annually.
- Gather market information, conduct research, and generate improvement proposals.
- Present and promote both existing and new products and services to clients.
- Enhance the company's image by maintaining a professional approach and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Foster proactive communication and collaboration with other departments within the company.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in similar roles.
- Higher education in a technical field or equivalent technical qualifications.
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Hungarian is an advantage).
- Strong proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a high level of responsibility.
- Valid driver’s license, category B.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
