We are looking for an experienced Responsible Contractor / Project Manager for construction projects involving buildings over 50 meters high. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in managing and supervising construction projects, with a strong background in construction regulations, drawing interpretation, and construction management software.Key Requirements:
- Full-time employment
- Personal License GI 04-01.1 (410 license)
- Proven experience as a Responsible Contractor or Professional Supervisor for buildings over 50 meters high
- Familiarity with Serbian construction regulations
- Ability to identify and read construction drawings
- Strong skills in calculating construction quantities
- Proficiency in using common construction software
- More than 3 years of experience as Responsible Contractor or Expert Supervision on projects for the construction of structures over 50m
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- B category driver’s license
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Oversee and manage the construction process for buildings over 50 meters in height
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Serbian construction regulations and standards
- Coordinate and supervise construction teams and subcontractors
- Review and approve construction drawings and specifications
- Calculate quantities and ensure that materials and resources are used efficiently
- Manage the daily activities on-site, ensuring that all work is carried out according to schedule, quality standards, and safety regulations
- Maintain clear communication with clients, contractors, and team members
