Job description

Lead a structured marketing team and establish local Marketing Strategy and plan aligned to the overall Brand Positioning for Adriatic markets and Bulgaria 
Set marketing objectives and develop marketing plan to achieve or exceed objectives 
Determine the appropriate methods and systems of metrics for measuring and monitoring marketing effectiveness, including brand awareness, brand equity, and sales results
Lead and drive implementation of strong  cross-functional activity plans
Ensures the adaptation and implementation of global & local integrated marketing campaigns
Lead trade marketing communication strategy to ensure cohesive and effective messaging to consumers across all channels
Develops relevant promotional and non-promotional materials and programs, customizes global and regional materials to be appropriate to local market
Works closely with agencies to ensure meeting of marketing campaigns KPIs
Ensure collection and analysis of external data (market and consumers) and internal data (channels) and provide recommendations
Provide quantitative post-campaign and regular performance analysis in due time and incorporate learnings into future projects
Ensures compliance with Global Brand Guidelines and Standards 
Responsible for marketing budgeting, forecasting and cost monitoring processes
Evaluate impact of proposed projects on profitability together with Financial department, conduct profit and loss analysis
Develop, coach & motivate direct reports and encourage cross-functional team development
Develop effective partnership with all external stakeholders responsible for  the successful implementation of a campaign including agencies, suppliers, merchants
Prepares monthly and quarterly marketing reports for management

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing and/or related field 
Demonstrated experience as a marketing leader with a proven track record in leading marketing strategy development and implementation
Experience in managing and leading cross-functional teams across different markets
Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to develop, coach, and motivate direct reports
Ability to think strategically and adapt global initiatives to fit local market needs
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders, including agencies, suppliers, and merchants
Commitment to ongoing professional development and team growth
Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English
