Junior Buyer ( German speaking)

On behalf of our client, PWO Group, global company in the mobility industry, Manpower Serbia is searching for motivated candidates to take the challenge and successfully fulfill the position of: Junior Buyer ( German speaking)

They develop and produce sophisticated metal components and complex subsystems at the frontiers of what is technologically possible.

Responsabilites:
-Carry out all purchase related tasks for our Serbian subsidiary
-Supplier selection and development
-Responsible for clarification of technical requirements
-Prepare, execute and implement the purchasing sourcing
-Prepare, execute and follow-up of price and framework contract negotiations as well as pro-cessing of the results
-Recording the enquiries to the suppliers, deadline monitoring of the submission of offers as well as preparation and evaluation of the offer comparisons
-Entering and maintaining individual orders and framework agreements, tracking and checking order confirmations and entering and archiving them in SAP
-Processing of purchase requisitions
-Target cost analysis and supplier management to meet customer requirements
-Support in problem solving of escalation issues in the quality and logistics area
-Preparation and updating of statistics
-Correspondence with suppliers 
-Maintenance of master data in SAP

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree and above in at least one of the following fields: Economics, -Engineering and at least 2 years of as buyer ideally in automotive company 
-Independent, loyal, reliable and flexible
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills 
-Organizational skills and high level of numeracy
-Highly motivated with a proactive attitude
-Ability to problems solve with a structured way of thinking
-Technical knowledge 
-Fluency in English (written and oral), German b1 
-Ability to use MS-Office and SAP knowledge
