HR Business Partner

On behalf of our client, we are searching for a motivated candidate to take the challenge and to successfully fulfill the position of HR Business Partner.

Your area of responsibility comprises essentially:

•Drive People agenda and act as trusted advisor and business partner to the department/segment leadership team
•Develop and maintain HR and administrative policies and internal rules and regulations
•HR KPI analytics and follow-up in collaboration with business stakeholders
•Support organization changes and organizational design activities - ensure fit towards business objectives
•Organize and maintain personal records and SAP; prepare HR documents
•Partner with hiring managers to identify current and future personnel needs; lead and/or support recruitment process for dedicated business unit
•Closely collaborate with HR Recruiter to ensure business attracts, develops and retains high quality talent
•Ensure that the Hansgrohe values are reflected and integrated into management decisions and all people and business processes
•Participate and/or lead in HR and business projects and initiatives, including process improvement, standardization, new processes and systems.

A successful HR Business Partner has skills and qualifications that typically include:
•Bachelor's degree in Psychology or relevant field
•Verbal and written communication, including active listening, for determining business goals and suggesting ways to achieve them through human resource initiatives
•Logic, analytics and problem-solving mindset for evaluating business metrics and determining ways to improve results
•Relationship management, especially at managerial and stakeholder levels
•Comprehensive understanding of employment laws, including inclusion and diversity programms
•Comprehensive understanding of the industry, focus area and business trends
•Hands on experience with various selection processes
•English language
