On behalf of our client, multinational investment management corporation, ManpowerGroup Serbia is searching for a motivated candidate to take the challenge and successfully fulfill the position of: Data Master Associate Position description
Our client's Master Data Management team is seeking a Data Master for master data onboarding, data standardization and delivery, to work with other stakeholders to provide world-class service and work with client's internal teams to build and maintain master data.
Position requirements
- Bachelor or Master’s degree (preferably in Economics, Organizational Sciences, or related Financial background)
- 2+ years of working experience in a similar job positions
- Advanced user of MS Office (especially advanced Excel functions, e.g. V-lookups, Macros)
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, PowerBI, or other tools for data manipulation and analysis is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a financial field or asset management is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and find technical solutions to problems
- Fluent English language knowledge
