On behalf of our client, market leader in Switzerland's PCB industry since 1989- NCAB Group SR, Manpower Serbia is searching for a motivated candidate to take the challenge and successfully fulfill the position of Customer support.
Responsibilities:
- Quoting and responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Following-up with customers through various channels (phone, MS teams, Email…)
- Processing of orders from customer and to factories in the ERP to align with the local NCAB-team in Europe
- Maintenance and update of working data in internal systems
- Close cooperation with technical support and outside sales
- Trusted contact for customers and factories
- Accurate way of working according to ISO processes and legal requirements
Qualification:
- Completed education and good communications skills in English (mandatory) and German (very good)
- Sales mindset and large interest in the electronical products like PCBs
- High willingness to deliver high professional service and quality to customers
- Ability to prioritize and answer customer needs in a dynamic environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Digital affinity and proficient with Microsoft Office
- Strong sense of responsibility and high professional work ethic
