On behalf of our client, Philip Morris International, Manpower Serbia is searching for for a motivated candidate to take the challenge and to successfully fulfill the position Commercial Budget Associate.Job description:- Carries out administrative duties and collects inputs from stakeholders within commercial organization, needed for analysis and budget proposal creation for certain budget categories. Actively participates in reporting of spend for certain categories vs spend anticipated in budget.
- Supports budget data input into the official system Tagetik and extracts the data from the mentioned system in order to perform control and analyze variances vs proposed budget spend.
- Actively uses systems and applications to:
- extract/analyze spend (SAP)
- create PO’s (Coupa)
- use data as support for TP calculation - Provides help to collect the data needed for external/internal audit process and provides support to other functions (mainly Finance) in case of additional requests when it comes to annual audit process.
- Actively supports Key Account/Trade program calculations on customer level, in accordance with the valid contracts. Coordinates calculation process with regions/other functions for calculations, collects necessary approvals from Commercial Operations Director for proposed level of compensation per customers for visibility platform.
- Employee can be assigned with other similar tasks, in alignment with internal activities and tasks distribution within part of organization employee is part of, conditional upon level of competence, skills and experience.
- Meaningful and efficient collaboaration with stakeholders from other parts of the company, as well as with third parties.
Job requirements:- University degree in Finance, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics or similar
- Excellent oral and written English and local language
- MS Office, Excellent Excel knowledge, preferable Power BI
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, good communication skills, excellent relationship & stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to learn, proactivity, flexibility and ability to work in a team
- Technical skills: preferable Tagetik, Coupa and SAP knowledge
