Client Operations Analyst

On behalf of our client, multinational investment management corporation, ManpowerGroup Serbia is searching for a motivated candidate to take the challenge and successfully fulfill the position of: Client Operations Analyst 

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Monitoring of quarterly financial reporting cycle and data review ensuring that service is delivered timely and with expected quality
- Daily call of funds validated in Insight to Invest
- Daily run of comparison reports and data reconciliation between Insight and Invest
- Daily import of data to Invest
- Supporting data integration process between different company's products
- Working closely with implementation team on mapping and setting-up Client’s regions
- Escalating identified issues as necessary to Account management or IDS Operations team
- Data delivery process from validation to data release to Clients
- Participation in regular meetings within the company and with Clients in the role of Data Expert
- Working closely with the implementation team on mapping and setting-up Client’s regions
- Transforming data as Proof of Concepts for potential Clients
- Regular internal reporting

CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Advanced MS Office knowledge (especially Excel) 
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is a must
- Organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team and successfully manage multiple responsibilities
- Positive and team oriented "can-do" attitude
- Full business level proficiency in English
- 1-3 years` experience is a plus
