On behalf of our client, Ledvance, one of the world's leading companies in the field of general lighting, Manpower Serbia is searching for a motivated candidate to take the challenge and to successfully fulfill the position Business Developer Manager
Job description:- Responsible for business development and sales in Project Sales channel of wholesale business for LEDVANCE Luminaires and Electronic components (lighting fixtures).
- Establish and maintain relationship to strategic key players like electrical installers, planers, professional customers, property developers, general constructors, facility management etc. and their decision makers in the targeted business areas;
- Responsible for developing and strengthening the co-operation with the assigned key accounts in order to increase the LEDVANCE products share in their turnover.
- Develop and propose the sales activities/contacts in order to support the commercial activity for LEDVANCE luminaires;
- Supports existing Key Account customers in their sales activities, especially focusing on Project Sales development and increasing Share-of-Wallet for LEDVANCE products
- Define together with the Head of Sales specific goals, strategies and tactics to grow LEDVANCE luminaires sales in Trade channel;
- Collecting information regarding the sales for the purpose of acquisition of new customers, ensuring a professional market penetration in order to strive for a profitable growth of the business;
- Analyze and identify new business directions/opportunities based on a thorough market analysis and LEDVANCE’s product portfolio and develop win/win business relationships for potential new clients;
- Support in creating market awareness for the LEDVANCE’s solutions and services and perform presentations at key target clients, strategic accounts, specifiers, lighting designers, client events, participation at fairs etc.;
- Co-ordinate and supervise the overall sales activities from offering to contract closing and delivery until follow-up;
- Evaluate technical and commercial risks and suggests ways to diminish them;
- Responsible for monitoring the turnovers, profitability of co-operation and supervises continuously the payments made by the assigned key accounts;
- Analyze market evolution and competition (e.g. price strategy, new products, solutions offered, etc.);
- Takes care of a good image of the company and obeys the internal rules of the company's sales policy;
- Does the other duties assigned by the superior;
Position Requirements:
- 5 years in Lighting or Electrical Industry as focus. Experience in international environment is highly appreciated
- Knowledge of Professional Lighting or Electrical Industry
- Previous experience in working with General Contractors, Electrical Installers, Property developers, Industrial Groups
- Strong Sales Skills
- Proactive, positive, and friendly attitude.
- Detail orientation and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
- Dialux/Relux/CAD Software knowledge is advantage.
- Fluent knowledge of English
- Willingness to travel within the country
