On behalf of our client, a regional leader in the oil industry, Manpower Serbia is seeking motivated candidates from Montenegro to meet the requirements of the position Area Manager.Responsibilities:
- Manages and coordinates complete operations of 13 PSs and 4 YSs.
- Leads and monitors sales, metrics set forth.
- Daily communication between HO and part of the network in his jurisdiction from the field.
- Maintains and acquires new leads for station Managers.
- Holds sales reviews for PS.
- Trains and maintains active sales and all other promotions.
- Monitor competition and their activites.
- Engages and oversees projects towards achieving company goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in retail or FMCG
- University degree
- Good knowledge of English
- Excel and Power Point medium knowledge
