Job description
- Assisting in preparing and maintaining financial statements, including monthly, quarterly and annual account closing process
- Ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Imvoice verification and booking of incoming invoices
- Support for accounts receivable and dunning
- Creation of credit and debit memos in compliance with legal regulations
- Review and booking of travel expenses
- Preparation of payment transactions for accounts receivable and payable
- Preparation of reports and checklists
- Participation in account maintenance
- Monitoring payment dues
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Several years of professional experience and solid knowledge in financial accounting (accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger accounting)
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- Initial experience with SAP is desirable
- Hands-on mentality, quick comprehension skills, and a friendly, service-oriented demeanor
- Fluency in English
