CLIPS DK d.o.o.  exclusive distributor and importer for Pandora announces position for:  Marketing Manager for PANDORA

Key responsibilities:
•    Lead structured marketing team and develop a localized Marketing Strategy tailored to multiple countries, ensuring alignment with the overall Brand Positioning.
•    Set marketing objectives and lead the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing plans, including advertising, retail, PR and influencer campaigns to elevate brand presence and drive sales.
•    Ensures the adaptation and implementation of integrated global and local  marketing campaigns 
•    Lead the implementation of in-store communication, layouts, and product presentations that align with Global guidelines, marketing objectives and elevate the consumer shopping experience.
•    Develops relevant promotional and non-promotional materials and programs, customizes global materials to be appropriate to local market.
•    Works closely with creative and media agencies to ensure meeting of marketing campaigns KPIs;
•    Define and implement research plan for the key markets 
•    Conduct and integrate market and consumer insight; analyze  market trends, consumer behavior  and competitor activities in order to formulate effective marketing strategies
•    Provide quantitative post-campaign and regular performance analysis in due time and incorporate learnings into future projects
•    Ensures compliance with Global Brand Guidelines and Standards 
•    Responsible for marketing budgeting, forecasting and cost monitoring processes
•    Develop, coach & motivate direct reports and encourage cross-functional team development
•    Develop effective partnership with all external stakeholders responsible for  the successful implementation of a campaign including agencies, suppliers, merchants..  
•    Prepares monthly and quarterly marketing reports for management

We are looking for a motivated team member, who brings along the following background:
•    Motivated marketeer with minimum 7 years experience within international business and marketing management roles
•    Strategic thinker approach as well as to do operational tasks to make progress quickly
•    Experienced as a marketing leader with a proven track record in leading local marketing strategy development and implementation, encompassing diverse omnichannel approaches across various marketing touchpoints. 
•    Strong appetite on consumer insights, market  trends and segmentations  
•    Business acumen – a mix of commercial and marketing mindset in a direct-to-consumer first environment 
•    Excellent relationships skills & multicultural management. Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders and functions within an organization
•    Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English
