Job Description:
-Provides support to clients in resolving their requests and in using business systems and applications. Understands and anticipates the current and future needs of stakeholders and ensures their implementation and realization.
-Provides a higher level of support to clients through direct communication or through lower-level service support staff, understands and manages client requests, and ensures their resolution in accordance with expected timeframes and quality standards.
-Ensures that there is appropriate technical and service documentation and that the system for registering user requests is kept up to date.
-Works on changes to business applications and maintains existing systems in accordance with requirements.
-Organizes the execution of security controls according to the instructions of the Information Security Department.
-Provides training to users on business applications and systems, as well as expert guidance to project team members during the development and implementation of information systems.
-Participates in more complex projects for the implementation of global or local IT systems.
-Collaborates and shares knowledge with other teams in the IT function to ensure the appropriate quality of service and provides adequate support to lower-level service support staff.
-Acts as a software architect on medium and large projects and proposes solutions. Understands IT project plans and innovative digital technologies.
Position Requirements:
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles;
-Preferred university degree in information technology, systems, or computing;
-Excellent knowledge of Microsoft development technologies (.NET C#, SQL Server);
-Advanced knowledge and experience with MS Office Suite;
-English language proficiency – advanced level;
-Excellent communication skills, teamwork, and innovation.
