Senior Accountant

Toyo Tire Corporation was founded in Japan in 1945 and its core business is the development, manufacture and marketing of high-value, high performance tires. It operates worldwide,  in more than 100 countries and regions.

On behalf of our client, company Toyo Tire, we are searching for a motivated candidate to take the challenge and to successfully fulfill the position of Senior Accountant:

Job description:

• Leading a team in the company's monthly / quarterly / annual account closing process with specialized accounting knowledge
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to Serbian local requirement (and IFRS)
• Responsibility for taxes, including advance turnover tax return and the preparation of tax returns
• Communication with tax authorities, auditors, tax consultants
• Account receivable management in corporation with sales representatives
• Regular explanation and reporting to the management
• Ensuring adherence to financial regulations and company procedures, identifying areas of improvement in internal controls

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Several years of practical work experience in a comparable position
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and international financial reporting standards
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with SAP
• Good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken
