On behalf of our client, respectable international company, we are searching for a motivated candidate to take the challenge and to successfully fulfill the position of Supervisor Customer Service Representative:

Job description:
  • Define, manage, and coordinate first-level customer support operations.
  • Ensure customer requests are resolved promptly and in accordance with company standards and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Oversee the implementation of customer service procedures for all support tasks.
  • Manage the team’s daily activities and ensure efficient, smooth operations.
  • Lead, support, and guide the team in achieving defined goals and objectives.
  • Focus on developing team members to improve their skills and competencies continuously.
  • Ensure accurate customer data management and optimize the entire order-to-cash process.
Requirements:
  • Experience in customer service and proven experience in people management, with strong leadership and delegation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and collaborate with various teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues efficiently
  • Ability to create accurate and timely reports as needed
  • English language- advanced level
  • Well-developed communication skills
