On behalf of our client, an innovative company based in Belgrade, specializing in providing creative and design solutions, Manpower Serbia is looking for a motivated candidate to take on the challenge and successfully fulfill the role of Office Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily communication with local stakeholders, including accountants, lawyers, banks, authorities, and suppliers, as well as with the team in Japan.
- Managing the electronic invoicing system.
- Preparing materials for archiving.
- Monitoring and implementing new legal procedures and policies.
- Organizing business trips abroad.
- Performing internal sales calculations.
- Preparing monthly financial reports.
- Managing employee absences.
- Preparing inputs for salary processing.
- Managing the team and addressing their requests.
- Preparing HR-related documents, including contracts, terminations, and annual leave.
- Creating a positive working environment.
- Organizing corporate events and team-building activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma (a degree in management, economics, or related fields is preferred).
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Responsible and proactive work approach with great attention to detail.
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher (experience in business correspondence is a plus).
