For our client, the construction company, mainly involved in residential and commercial complexes, infrastructure, factories, bridges, highways, etc. China Construction Front Group, we are searching for a motivated candidate for the Commercial Specialist ( Technical preparation engineer)JOB DESCRIPTION
- Analyzing project documentation, such as plans and bills of quantities, to estimate costs
- Independently sourcing subcontractors and negotiating prices
- Evaluating and selecting suppliers
- Participating in negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors
- Preparing and analyzing technical (tender) documentation for bid preparation
- Creating offers and drafts for subcontractors and suppliers
- Preparing specifications and preliminary measurements as directed by the manager
- Preparing and drafting the work execution plan
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Have experience in the construction industry.
- Proven working experience as a commercial or procurement specialist
- Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as dexterity in reading the market.
- Experience in collecting and analyzing data.
