Sales representative

On behalf of our client, the global company Ontopo, which is revolutionizing the hospitality industry with innovative solutions, Manpower Serbia is looking for a motivated candidate to take on the challenge and successfully fulfill the role of Sales Representative.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy & Market Engagement: Develop a strategy to target various restaurant tiers in Belgrade, focusing on generating leads and creating tailored pitches.

• Product Demonstration & Engagement: Present Ontopo’s platform features, emphasizing its advantages over competitors and addressing customer needs.

• Client Relationship Management: Establish long-term partnerships with restaurant decision-makers and collaborate with the Ontopo team for customized solutions.

• CRM Management: Use HubSpot to track leads, sales activities, and progress.

• Fieldwork & Team Collaboration: Participate in fieldwork to observe best practices and contribute to sales growth.

Position Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales or business development, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, particularly HubSpot, is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent presentation and demonstration abilities
• Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to address customer objections and challenges effectively.
• Organizational and time management skills, ensuring timely follow-ups and efficient pipeline management.
• Understanding of the restaurant market in Belgrade, including key trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
• Familiarity with technology solutions for restaurant management, such as online reservation systems and analytics tools, is a plus.
